Greetings!
As you are aware, Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be rolled out with effect from July 01, 2017 across the country.
Government of India has notified various issues related thereto. We trust that you are keeping yourself updated of the same.
If you intend to avail INPUT TAX CREDIT for your business / profession, you are requested to furnish the details as per annexure hereto, so that the same can be updated in our records and also to facilitate the uploading them while filing various GST returns.
The details may please be submitted under the signature of the authorised signatory alongwith copy of registration certificate to the branch immediately.
Please note that it is your responsibility to furnish the correct GST Registration Number and the bank will not be held responsible for furnishing incorrect details for our records, which may lead to non-availment of Input Tax Credit.
Hence, you are requested to furnish the GST registration Number to the branch on or before 12.06.2017, failing which the bank will presume that you are not claiming input tax credit on GST towards the tax received from you on various services rendered by the Bank.
In case, you are now not registered with GST, please inform the bank as soon as you got registered with GST.
