In case you forget your Internet Banking password / T-PIN, you can use the 'Secret Question and Answer Facility' to reset the same online. To subscribe to 'Secret Question and Answer' facility, you need to set the Secret Questions and Answers once, from your Internet Banking login. The questions and answers can be set under the menu "Profile->Set Secret Questions and Answers" in your Internet Banking window.
