Inspite of repeated follow ups made by our branch with your good selves to activate and operate your CASA account, we would like to inform you that you have not reactivated the account till date. We once again bring it your kind notice that the account has not been operated for more than three years and is presently in Inoperative/Dormant Status with nil balance.

Hence, we request you to visit the nearest branch and re-activate the account by submitting the required KYC documents and forms within 30 days from the date of this e-mail or the account can also be closed by submitting the closure request to the branch.

We have sent a letter communication dated 16.09.2024 to your good selves on the above lines to reactivate your account within 30 days and we notice that the account has not been reactivated yet.

If the account is not reactivated immediately, it will be construed that you are not interested in operating your account and the account will be closed.
