Security tips to protect yourself from Phishing, Vishing and Smishing attacks.

Advisory message to Customers:

1. Do not share sensitive account information like User ID, Password, OTP, Transaction Password ( T- Pin ), Expiry Date, CVV Number with anyone on purported Banks Phone call and avoid Unknown calls.

2. Do not share the confidential account details like Aadhaar number/PAN Number to anyone.

3. Do not transact on non-https websites and click on hyperlinks that appear in the mail ( body of the text). Push such mails to trash box.

4.Beware of fraudulent calls asking you to do SIM Swap by sending an SMS to 121/111,etc., This may lead to fraud/misuse of your mobile number for getting OTP/alerts and reset of your mobile apps PINs.
